It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cresilla Garza of Hereford, Texas, born in Garita, New Mexico, who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luis Griego and Jesusita Griego (Garcia); her son Duain Gomez; her grandson Isiah Morales; and her siblings, George, Justo Griego, Priscilla Lucero, Doroteia and Delores Griego.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Gomez (Alice) of Amarillo, Silvana Juarez (Paul) of Hereford, Jennifer Gomez (George Romero) of Amarillo, Tammy Gonzales of Las Colinas and Maricella Garza of Hereford; and her siblings, Bernardo Griego (Sheffa) of Albuquerque, N. M., Luis Griego (Amelia) and Cerilla Dennett (Lela) of Hereford. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 a mask must be worn for the funeral services on Thursday at San Jose Catholic Church provided by you.
