“My condolences to Jean and the Cobb family. I was privileged to know and share experiences with Charlie when we were students at Texas Tech. We worked together as members of the dairy cattle judging team (2nd from left in picture)and officers of the Block and Bridle Club. Much later we became Facebook Friends and learned we were born on the same day, Feb. 5th, 1938. A great guy. He'll be missed.”
