He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paetzold and Helen Paetzold (Korstjens); and his brothers, Raymond, George and Edward "Bud" Paetzold.
He is survived by: his wife Sonja Jean Culp; his children, Chris Paetzold (Kay) of Hereford and Debbie Stephens (Chris) of York, S. C.; his grandchildren, Melissa Stephens (Chad), Cory Paetzold (Tabitha), Kristin Paetzold, Tyler Stephens (Hannah), Karis Stephens and Ashton Stephens; his great grandchildren, Kayla Stephens, Kaison Stephens, Kadence Stephens, Austin White, Aspen Coker and Avery Coker; and his siblings, Walter Paetzold, Sr. (Teresa) of Hereford, Bobby Paetzold (Nancy) of Hereford, James "Jim" Paetzold of Hereford, Elenor Williams of Dallas and Alice Koenig of Hereford.
