He was predeceased by: his father Rosendo Alvarez; his grandfather Julian Guerrero; and his sister-in-law Oralia "Tweety" Zallar. He is survived by: his mother Ernestina Alvarez (Guerrero) of Hereford; his brother Rosendo Alvarez, Jr. of Hereford; his uncles, Jose Luis Alvarez of San Angelo and Manuel Alvarez (Dora) of Uvalde; and his close friends, Javier Lira of Hereford, Sergio Campos of Hereford and Gilbert Luna of Hereford.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parkside Chapel Funeral Directors (601 Main St, Hereford, TX 79045). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
