He is survived by: his wife Julia Strawhacker; his daughter LeAnna Sharber (Ken) of Canyon; his stepson Christopher Strawhacker (Shawna) of Amarillo; and his sister Sharon Newman of Amarillo. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
