He was predeceased by: his parents, James A Roe and Nettie Florence Roe (Jones); his brothers, James W. Roe (Jean), Bill Roe and Charles Roe; his sister-in-law Patricia Andrews Roe; and his mother-in-law Addie Garrett (Coody).
He is survived by: his wife Leda Roe of Bellevue, Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Jerry of Ash Flat and Nina Roe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
