He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Whitley and Betty Ruth Allmand (Stone). He is survived by: his stepfather Gene Allmand of Henrietta; and his siblings, Kirby Whitley of Henrietta, Gary Allmand of Lake Arrowhead, Mike Allmand of Henrietta, Dianne Whitley of Shreveport and Debbie Allmand Bachman of Henrietta. He is also survived by three children; numerous nieces and nephews.
