He was predeceased by: his parents, J. P. Blume and Eula Mae Blume (Taylor); and his brother Randy Blume. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Blume of Henrietta; his children, John Blume of Indiana, Balinda Stone of Indiana and Mary Plumlee of Indiana; and his siblings, Steve Blume (Ann) of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Jane La'Fleur (Jim) of Maryland and Pam Hemphill (Allen) of Lake Charles, Louisiana. He is also survived by one grandson and several nieces and nephews.
