He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cleo and Naomi Jewel McCormack (McLean); and his brother Richard Gary McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hutsell; his children, Leonard McCormack (Minnie) of Calera, Richard McCormack (Kaye) of Henrietta, Leslie Rae McCormack of Henrietta, Sylva Killion (John) of Joshua and Patti Barker of Fort Benning, Georgia; his siblings, Alexa Pickle (Lonnie) of Clovis and John McCormack (Ruth) of Clovis; and his sister-in-law Shirley Ruth McCormack of Albuquerque. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
