She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Kay Howell (Milton) of Semmes and Henry Grady "Butch" Lewis, Jr. of Henrietta; her nephews, George Grady "Joey" Massey of Wilmer and Henry Grady Lewis III of Wichita Falls; her great-nephews, Henry Quinton "Quint" Lewis (Tori) of Henrietta and Warren Heathfield "Heath" Lewis of McKinney; her aunt May; and her pet Kitty Kitty.
