She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe B. Rotta and Jennie Rotta (Fenoglio); her husband T. C. Parker; her siblings, Lillian Rotta Kilcrease and Herman Eugene Rotta; and her great grandchildren, Linsye Franklin Harman and Matthew Whatley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Jackson of Henrietta and Janet Franklin (Gene) of Henrietta; her grandchildren, Randy Franklin (Shawna), Brad Franklin, Lance Franklin (Stacy), Clay Jackson, Cara Willis (Jessey) and Camie Jackson; her great grandchildren, Amy Knight (Alan), Madison Franklin, Jadin Willis (Tristan Durbin), Brooke, Skyler Franklin, Justin Whatley (Jordan) and Parker Jackson; and her great great grandchildren, Aubrey, Cash Knight, Berklye Harman and Blake Whatley.
