He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leroy and Earlene Lavada Griffin, Sr. (Carnes); and his siblings, Larry Don Griffin, Jackie Wayne Griffin and Joanna Green.
He is survived by: his wife June Griffin of Henrietta, TX; his children, Vicky Hanson (Guy) of Fort Worth, TX, Debbie Thrasher of Fort Worth, TX, Randy Griffin (Denise) of Crowley, TX, Jeff Griffin of Springtown, TX, Joe Greer (Risa) of Crowley, TX, Jack Greer of Fort Worth, TX and Jay Greer of Fort Worth, TX; his sister Peggy Barnard (Clovin) of Dangerfield, TX; and his sister-in-law Paulette Griffin of Longview, TX.. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
