She is survived by: her parents, Nicky Darryl Pennington and Tammy Lynette Kincaid; her children, Tyler Wolf, Jordan Mayfield, Makayla Gendron and Breanna Mayfield; her siblings, Ashley Harrison and Joey Sewell; and her grandparents, Rebecca and Hugh Vanhoose. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
