He was predeceased by: his mother Darlene Hodges (Holder). He is survived by: his father Tony Hodges; his wife Shelli Smith; his siblings, Kevin, Chris, Brandon, Alicia and Melissa; his stepsiblings, Amanda, Christine and Cody; his aunt Susan Sims (Denny) of Henrietta; and his uncles, Brian and Doug Hodges of Henrietta. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
