He is survived by: his brothers, Don Ray Booker, Sr. (Juanita) of Henrietta, Earl Booker (Shirley) of Altus and Jimmy Floyd Booker, Sr. of El Reno; his sister-in-law Dana Rae Booker of Hedrick, Oklahoma.; his nieces and nephews, Suzette Eck (Steve), Henrietta Golightly of Long Beach, Konda Booker of Orange, Patty Booker of Redondo Beach, Judy Booker of Redondo Beach, Brenda Booker of Orange, Lora Booker Boyer (Christopher), Denise Colfman (Daryl), William Golightly (Bill), Merle Booker (Judy) of Connell, Quinton Booker of Connell Washington, Burl Booker (Kara), C. D. Booker (Jenna) of Connell, Michael Dean Booker, Jeff Booker of Orange and Steven Booker (Sheri) of Burkburnett, Texas; his great-nephews, Shaun Moore of Henrietta, Adam Moore and Chelsea Osborne of Kellseyville, California.; his great-niece Amanda Woodard (Hayden) of Chico; his sons, Merle, Burl, Quinton and C. D.; and also Braxton Moore.
During this time, he was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease at Health South.
