He is survived by: his children, Becky Lewis (Steven) of Ripley, TN and Kenneth; his grandchildren, Chris, Nic and Emilee Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Julie Claire and Reagan Kay Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
