She is survived by: her children, Steven Booker (Sheri) of Burkburnett, Texas and Lora Boyer (Chris) of Mentor, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Booker, Katherine Booker, Kallie Masters (Robert), Shaun Moore, Adam Moore (Chelsea) and Amanda Woodard (Hayden). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
