He is survived by: his mother Mary Anne Malay (O'Neill) of Buffalo; his former wife Alice Michelle Baldwin; his wife Michelle Malay of Henrietta; his daughters, Melanie Ann Malay of Juneau and Katherine Margaret Kamrowski of Buffalo; and his brothers, Tim Malay of Joy, Mark Malay of Quartzsite and Patrick Malay of Middletown, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
