With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Lavy of Henrietta, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hager and Imogene Hager (McCandless); her son Lloyd Goad; her granddaughter Jody Hash; her son-in-law Shad Hash; and her siblings, Betty Hill, James Hager, H. C. Hager Jr., Harold Hager and Jerry Hager.
She is survived by: her husband Don Lavy of Henrietta; her daughters, Sheila Gunlock (Larry) of Henrietta and Melissa Hash of Henrietta; her grandchildren, Jared Hash (Sarah), Justa Brand (James), Josh Gunlock (Stacey), Aaron Gunlock (Erica) and Landon Goad; and her siblings, Ray Hager of Henrietta, Loretta Klein of Wichita Falls and Noretta Rhyne of Bowie. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
