He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Lee of Henrietta; his children, Jerry Lee, Jr. (Tonya) of Burkburnett, TX and Jennifer Lee of Runaway Bay, TX; and his grandchildren, Jordan Lee of Wichita Falls, TX, Peyton Lee of Lubbock, TX, T'ren Mullins of Burkburnett, TX and Gentry Mullins of Burkburnett, TX..
