She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Barbara Jean and Thelbert James Fowler; her siblings, Jaye Kim Fields and Don Wayman Adams; her spouse Norvin Gene Nessel; her stepchildren, Lee Russell, Greg Nessel and Jason Nessel; her children, Jennifer Earhart, Sarah Taylor, Cassandra Sherwood and Christopher Kelly; and her grandchildren, Jordan, Cody, Dylan, Tyler, Maegan, Logan, John and Savannah.
A note regarding flowers, in her own words: No flowers please – I was allergic to them in life and there is no point wasting money on them now. However, in lieu of flowers, consider making a donation to the Gene Nessel Scholarship fund at Vernon College.
