He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donald and Frances Slagle (Croxton). He is survived by: his siblings, Dian Walker (Johnny) of Plano, Texas and Jim Slagle (Beth) of Hamilton, Virginia; his nieces, Sharon Marie Cannon (Colby) and JoAnna Christine Walker; and his nephew Gregory Scott Walker (Rachel). He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
