He is survived by: his wife Billie Ruth Hoge; his sister Billie Mae McKinney Ragin; his son Phillip Hoge (Charlotte); his grandchildren, Michelle Hoge Cook (Chad) and Charles Doyle Hoge II (Melanie); and his great grandchild Taylor Matthew Cook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
