He is survived by: his wife Betty Sparkman of Post Oak, Texas; his children, Tracy Spivey (Jess) of Joy, TX, Colleen Miles of Henrietta, TX, Melissa Whitaker of Post Oak, TX, Cecil Dudley Sparkman Jr. (Lori) of Camanche, TX and Rodney Winkles of Prospect, TX; his grandchild Kandace "K. K."; and his siblings, George Sparkman (Jeannie) of Gainesville, TX, Bob Sparkman (Freida) of Levelland, TX, Nancy Bagoly (Alex) of Spencerport, N. Y., Virginia Newton (Paul) of Wichita Falls, TX and Sally "Nelda" Marshall of Post Oak, TX.
