He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garner and Flavia Garner (Vieth). He is survived by: his wife Lynette Garner of Henrietta; his children, Logan Garner of Wichita Falls and Sydney Garner of Henrietta; and his sister Judy Garner of Bluegrove.
