He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Michael (Laura), Aaron, Noah and Chloe; his granddaughter Layla Wahlmeir; his parents, Bill (Lyn Thiessen) and Cheryl (Robert Murphy); his mother-in-law Karin Eubanks (Kip); his grandmother Frances Etter; his siblings, Debbie Mosciano (Mike), Christie Pickel (Donnie), Tori Chambers (Drew) and Sam Murphy (Hannah); and his brother-in-law David Eubanks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
