He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Gibbs and Theresa Jones; and his sister Carol Cox. He is survived by: his wife Robin Gibbs; his children, Tracey M. Bell, Joel G. Gibbs Jr., Jeannette Gibbs, Jonathan Gibbs, Shawna Gibbs and Troy Gibbs; and his nephew Robert Morton. He is also survived by 2 brothers and 2 sisters; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
