He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman S. Finley and Oleta Finley (McCasland); his niece Kristi Finley; and his siblings-in-law, Juanita Boyd, William Boyd and Wallace B. Daily Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Jarrod Finley (Tiffany) of Henderson and Teresa Burcham (Ray) of Chapel Hill; his brother Dale Finley of Henderson; his daughter-in-law Gay Finley; his grandchildren, Braydon Finley (Haylee), James Finley and Candace Blalack (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, Brylee, Harper Finley, Lillian and Alyssa Blalack; his nieces, Kendra Strong (Shaun), Shelby Finley, Jaclyn Finley and Abigail Finley; his nephew Wallace B. Daily III (Dusty); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Colby, Preston, Karleigh, Emily, Hannah and Wallace IV. He is also survived by many cousins, life-long friends and classmates.
