He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Loble York and Luna Louise York; his sister Dale Mae York; and his half-brothers, Henry Grady York and Jesse Thomas York.
He is survived by: his wife Cloe Johnson York of New London, TX.; his children, Jan York Elder (Jack Elder), Glenn Stephen York (Patricia York) and Gregory Dwayne York (Tammy York); and his grandchildren, Kellie Elder Tyson, Ginger Elder Cannon, Kristin Elder, Angie York Dean, Daniel York, Jesse York and Jordan York. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
