He is survived by: his wife Lillie Mahaffey of Henderson; his children, Phillip Mahaffey (Vickie) of Henderson and Patti Mostyn (Craig) of Henderson; his brother Charles Ned Mahaffey of Concord; his grandchildren, Tori Anderson (Steve) of Henderson, Alex Tabor (Justin) of Henderson, Katie Halfpenny (Scott) of Henderson, Jake Mostyn (Hailey) of Concord and Molly Bell (Jason) of Concord; and his great grandchildren, John Dalton, Aleiace, Blaize, Jaylei, Ryker, Abby, Kasen, Kennedi, Harli, Mia, Knox, Kenneth and Lillie Jean.
