It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Curtis of Henderson, Texas, who passed away on November 11, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Curtis (Nei) and William Curtis; and his sister Francis Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Betty Curtis of Henderson; his children, Lori Fancher (Ray Anthony) of Good Springs, David Curtis Jr. (Melissa) of Henderson and Cathy Anderson (Robert) of Henderson; his grandchildren, Joel Hardy, Ashton Ross, Trey Fancher (Kylie Hammers), Breanne Curtis, Shelby Curtis (Hunter Kovar), Kaden Curtis (Hannah Heathco), Clint Anderson (Morgan Nelms), Brent Anderson (Keilani Older), Justin, Jessica Fancher, Denver, Brandy Fancher, Brittany Fancher, Stephen, Maddie Dixon, Ashley and Johnny Whatley; his sister Barbara Curtis of Iowa; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Thompson, Tammy Keeling and John Mallard. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
The military honors was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Shiloh Cemetery.
