He is survived by: his children, Blake Ballenger (Debbie) and Kelli Ballenger of Henderson; his grandchildren, Leigh Ballenger and Layn Ballenger; and his great grandchild Kalia Richardson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
