He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney S. Heim, Sr. and Ruby Cleo Heim (Thompson); his sister Dolores Broussard; and his brother-in-law John Broussard. He is survived by: his children, Shane Heim and Danielle Smith (Cody); his grandchildren, Ambrielle Rains, Braelee Heim, Madison Mason, Abigale Timmerman, Dylan Smith and Bryce Smith; his great grandchildren, Cove Rains and Reed Mason; his sisters, Charlotte Smith and Bonnie Sanders (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Gail Stephens (Pat), PeeWee Glenn (Debbie) and Rickie Glenn.
