He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean McDonald; his son David McDonald (Jan); his sister Viola Kirby; his granddaughters, Erica McDonald Henley and Brooke McDonald; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Sample, Dannie Lynn Sample, Jaxson Henley and Maddox Henley.
