She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert V. Burnett and Mary Elaine Schoppe Childers; her stepfather Bud Childers; and her sister Sherry Horn. She is survived by: her children, Kim Heap Sells (Kevin) and Greg Smotek; her grandchildren, Matt Heap, Jessica Dozier (Clint), Jacob Heap (Kelli) and Beau Smotek; her great grandchildren, Laney Dozier, Rylee Griffin, Kaylee Dozier and Harley Heap; and her brothers, Ricky Childers and David Childers. She is also survived by extended family, many loving nieces and nephews and life long friends.
