He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith Lewis; his sons, Randy Lewis (Rita) and Mike Lewis (Terrie); his brother Dean Lewis (Betty); his grandchildren, Ross, Erica Lewis, Jessie, Tony Trimboli, Stacy, Richard Foos, Clay Lewis and Evan Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Lewis, Waylon Lewis, Cadence Trimboli, Beckett Trimboli, Charlotte Foos, Lila Foos, Buster, Ann G. Smith and Ann P. Smith.
