She was predeceased by: her parent Berniece Madison; and her husband Robert L. Wallace, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Anthony (Sheila), Dalphana (Nathaniel), Catherine, Jullette (Mark), Timothy (Kandise), Juanita (Ronnie) and Rosita (Wayne); and her siblings, Joe (Kim), Donald, James, Bettye (Emmanuel), Linda (Roger), Patricia, Pareatha, Jeanene (Chandun) and Eye. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

While she missed attending services in person due to the pandemic, she mastered listening to services via Zoom.
