She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Charba and Francis Charba; her former husband Leroy Jemelka; her brothers, Willie, Emil and Anton, Jr.; and her nephew Anthony Pulkrabek.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Jadyn; her grandchildren, Allen and Nicole; her husband Gene Flory; her sister Dorothy Pulkrabek; her grandchildren, Brooke Lee and Greg Lee (April); her great grandchildren, Allen Lee and Nicole Lee; her nieces, Beverly Filip, Linda Koudelka (Harvey), Kay Charba Hunnicutt, Melissa Charba and Barbara Miles; and her nephew Kenneth Charba (Susan). She is also survived by family members and friends.
