She is survived by: her husband Willie Adams, Jr.; her children, Gekeya Hazeley, Vanecia Adams (Bobby) and Gregory Hazeley, Jr. (Wiyatta); her grandchildren, Jalacia Powell, Gregory Hazeley III and Gabrielle Hazeley; her great grandchild Lauryn Joe; her siblings, Willie Ray Davis, Sr., Craig Hood, Betty Young and Gail Tarver; her cousins, Vickey Cole and Carolyn Watson; and her close friends, Pat Simon and Terry Simon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
