He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Chambers and Cheryl Weiss; his children, Tyler Chambers and Taylor Coolidge; and his sisters, Shannon Perez, Holly Weiss and Shannon Chambers. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
