He was predeceased by: his parents, Freda Powell and Hiram Powell. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Terrell; and his children, Charlie Cook (Donald Cook), Chris Yeager, Celina Drake, Elisa Terrell, Crystal Vinson (Richard Vinson) and D. J. Hodges. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren as well as many other family members and friends.
