He is survived by: his wife Susan E. Rogers-Garcia; his siblings, Charles Garcia, Vera Lawrence and Bonnie Sweppenhiser (Jan); and his stepdaughter Kristin Noe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
