With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Ann Quarles of Hemphill, Texas, born in Logansport, Louisiana, who passed away on January 28, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel Jefferson Billingsley and Ida Smith Billingsley; her son Ronald Quarles of Hemphill; her husband Roberts H. Quarles, Sr.; and her children, Robert H. Quarles, Jr. and Rebecca L. Keith. She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
