He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Ebarb, Sr. and Viola Woodard Ebarb; his children, Kenny Ebarb and Sue Marie Ebarb; and his siblings, Roy Ebarb, Carl Ebarb, T. J. Ebarb, Helen Byle and Artie Beck.
He is survived by: his sons, Rex Ebarb III (Amy) of Port Arthur, Terry Ebarb of Houston and Keith Ebarb of Hemphill, Texas; and his siblings, Carnell "Sonny" Ebarb of Rosevine, Paul Ebarb (Helen) of Hemphill, Danny Ebarb of Hemphill, Texas, Sue Nell Wiley of Fort Worth and Melinda Shoemaker (Thomas) of Hemphill, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
