He is survived by: his mother Patsy Page of Macomb, Missouri; his wife Lisa Page of Hemphill, Texas; his children, Carissa Birdwell (Chris) of Rosevine and Sean Page (Tara) of Hemphill, Texas; his siblings, Reba Sanders (Gordon) of Macomb, Missouri, Anthony Page (Rhonda) of Hemphill, Texas, Rex (Teresa White) and Ron (Mea White); and his grandchildren, Madilyn, Isabella, Alayannah, Hunter and Wesson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
