She is survived by: her husband Tom Philips of Fairmount, Texas; her children, Chris Philips (Mona) of Gilmer, Brian Philips (Kendra) and Lauri Horton of Fairmount, Texas; and her siblings, Paul Witte of Hemphill, Buzzy Witte of Silsbee, Texas and Jan Witte of Silsbee, Texas. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
