We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2024, at the age of 88, Lavelle Woodroe Kilgore of Hemphill, Texas, born in Jonesboro, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Ozeal Kilgore and Dymple Ola Coleman Kilgore. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Kilgore of Hemphill; and his children, Wayne Kilgore (Sally) of Guam, Alan Kilgore (Virginia) of Guam and Jackie Riley (Thomas) of Richmond, Kentucky. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
