It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Lynn Garrett of Hemphill, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Don McLeland; and his brother Tim Garrett. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Lynn Garrett of Senora and Sandra Roberta Waugh McLeland of Hemphill; his children, Gavin Lynn Garrett of Dallas, Ayla Hiller of Waxahachie and Alyssa Hiller of Waxahachie; and his siblings, Chris Garrett (Dawn) of Missouri, Jennifer Benson of Sachse and Becky Mayoros. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
