He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Alvin Thomas Adams, Sr.; his stepson Tommy Hicks of Galveston; his siblings, Alvin Thomas Adams, Jr. (Grace) of Groves, David Adams (Alana) of Manor, Frank Adams (Nokko) of Cedar Park, Anne Willis of Crystal Beach, Mary Lou Montgomery of Crystal Beach, Martha Adams of Galveston and Shirley Adams of Galveston; his wife Bettie Jo Adams; his stepson Donald Hicks; and his brother Everett Adams. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
