It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Cecile Staack Durabb Donaldson of Hemphill, Texas, born in Gretna, Louisiana, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Staack and Elaine Staack; her husband Arthur Donaldson, Jr.; and her sisters, Ann Lee Pellegrin, Carolyn Robin and Pamela Landry.

She is survived by: her son Richard K. Durabb Jr.; her siblings, Henri Sue Agnelly, Deborah McAuley and Judith Lemonier; and her stepchildren, Arthur L. Donaldson III (Amy), Debbie Calkins (Scott), Lori Dowden and Sharon Caughman (Bill). She is also survived by friends and family.
